To be honest, would have liked more to be included in the kit. The base was designed very well however as the lights went up the different floors, issues started to arise. The light on the noodle shop caused the door to no longer function. The water stream does look like a candle flicker. And the the lighting used for the sign at the top wanted to used the piece that kept a part together rather than the lighting that the set came for.
Was also disappointed that it didn't come with any wireless connector points despite it's many layers.
Overall it was ok but I don't feel it was quite worth the price point. Wish it came with a lot more lighting.
I will say the the customer service is great. Despite my frustration customer service helped me along the way and helped get me a piece that I was missing from the original set. Their cheerful demeanor and ninja puns were much appreciated and made it hard to stay mad at the situation.
Again, I personally would have liked to have used more of the Lego sets fake lamps rather than or in addition to the light strips. I would love to see a better way to connect the levels. Once the set is put together you won't be able to reach the lower levels of the set. I realize that it's a hard challenge to apply wireless connector points to the build but it would be cool to design some sort of outer wire that can disconnect like the wireless connector points that would run up along the building.
Overall it was nice when it was all put together.
